A more complex, elegant three column layout:

• The banner has a background image and text
• Beneath the banner is a navigation bar with 'sliding doors' tabs.
• The left sidebar has roll over images. A little slower than css buttons, but prettier.
• The middle has the main content.
• The right sidebar can contain contact information, logos or advertising.
• The footer contains simple contact information on a plain background.
• There are thin borders dividing the sections.

This site does not containg any JavaScript. It would be useful where clicking on a tab produced a number of options in the sidebar. The tabs can have submenus beneath, if required. The tabs resize if a user changes the text size. Useful for site accessibility).
